Position: Mandarin Property Administrator

Location: Parañaque City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 6 Days Off per month
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✔️ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
✔️ Preferably Filipino or Chinese National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
✔️ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any courses but not required
✔️ Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office Microsoft office
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Paranaque City

Responsibilities:
✔️ Accountable for the translation work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees
✔️ Responsible for the procurement and management of administrative materials and office supplies, and assisting employees in completing the requisition work
✔️ Handle urgent issues reported by merchants and make arrangements for administrative work
✔️ Assist superior supervisors in the arrangement and accomplish of various administrative affairs
✔️ Do other related tack assigned by superiors
