Position: Mandarin Property Engineering Supervisor

Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 6 Days Off per month
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
🧡 Preferably Filipino or Chinese National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
🧡 Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural Decoration Design or other related courses
🧡 At least 3 years and above of engineering related work experience
🧡 With experience of handling personnel and equipment management capabilities
🧡 Familiarity with the application and facility performance of interior decoration materials and equipment

Responsibilities:
🧡 Supervise and manage daily operation of Engineering Technology Department
🧡 Handle inquiries regarding the normal operation of equipment and systems such as strong current and weak current systems in the building and emergencies.
🧡 Develop operational plans and control parameters for power distribution and weak current system equipment
🧡 Plan and implement various plans for the equipment systems in charge
🧡 Organize the technical personnel of the Engineering Technology Department and inspect work quality.
🧡 Collect, sort and file technical files such as equipment system operation records, maintenance records, equipment resumes, etc.
