Position: Mandarin Management Trainee
Type of job: Back-office Job
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Industry: Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:
◉ Filipino National fluent in Mandarin and English
◉ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or any related field
◉ At least 2 years of experience in a management role
◉ Proficient in Microsoft office
◉ Has a background in Sales, Marketing and any Product knowledge
◉ Open to Fresh Graduates
◉ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities;
◉ Assist Sales Managers in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc; measure and track results
◉ Ensure proper documentation and training of employees
◉ Communicate effectively with all staff members
◉ Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed
