Position: Japanese Personal Executive Assistant to the President
Industry: Real Estate Company
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary: Php 60,000 - 100,000 (All in Package)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Requirements:
• JLPT N1 - N2 Passer/Level (Open to Half-Filipino, Half-Japanese)
• Bachelor's Degree of any course and open also to college Level
• Ability to understand Japanese used in daily situations and translate/interpret.
• Ability to speak, listen, read, and write in English smoothly.
• Able to understand simple financial statements and performance plans to a certain extent.
Responsibilities:
• Telephone and e-mail correspondence
• Document translation and interpretation (English/Japanese)
• Various arrangements (meetings, dinners, business trips, gifts, congratulations and
condolences)
• Preparation of internal documents (meeting materials, minutes, greeting/thank you letters,
etc.)
• Welcoming and greeting partners, clients, etc. (visitors, phone calls, e-mails)
