Position: Mandarin Property Administrator

Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 6 Days Off per month
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 RProficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
🧡 RPreferably Filipino or Chinese National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
🧡 RPreferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any courses but not required
🧡 RFamiliar with computer operation and proficient in using office microsoft office
🧡 RWilling to work onsite in Paranaque City

Responsibilities:
🧡 Responsible for the translation work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees
🧡 Responsible for the procurement and management of administrative materials and office supplies, and assisting employees in completing the requisition work
🧡 Handle urgent issues reported by merchants and make arrangements for administrative work
🧡 Assist superior supervisors in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs
🧡 Complete other routine tasks assigned by superiors
