Position: Mandarin NCR Management Trainee
Industry: Technology Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Saturday)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
🧡 Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related courses
🧡 At least 2 years and above working experience in Business or any related job
🧡 Knowledge in Sales, Marketing and any Product knowledge
🧡 Familliar with sales strategy and know how to monitor competitors products

Responsibilities:
🧡 Learns administration by rotating through multiple office functions
🧡 Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
🧡 Maintains contract with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction
🧡 Participate in company’s strategic planning
🧡 Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
🧡 Keep track of business revenue
🧡 Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
