Position: Mandarin Admin Travel and Dorm Coordinator (PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000 gross)

Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM

Requirements:
❤️ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
❤️ Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
❤️ Required skill(s): MS Office.
❤️ At least 1-2 years of working experience in admin support and clerical works.
❤️ Knowledge in MS Office; Word, Excel.
❤️ Amenable to work in Taguig

Responsibilities:
❤️ In charge of overall updating of the travel guidelines from other countries to the Philippines
❤️ Update business trip employee of new travel guide
❤️ Assist the business trip employee with booking dorm, car, or hotel
❤️ In-charge of the check-in and check-out of business trip
❤️ Help assist employees book hotel if dorm is not available
❤️ Update corporate rates in BGC and Makati
❤️ Checking of stocks in PPE room (face mask, alcohol and ATK)
❤️ Assisting expats for their health insurance and if they need emergency help
