Position: Mandarin Customer Support - Account Checker

Salary: Php 97,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in Mandarin and English
🧡 Open to native Mandarin speakers with permanent resident visa in the Philippines
🧡 Open to graduate and undergraduate
🧡 BPO and Customer Service is a big plus
🧡 Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
🧡 Responsible in double checking the documents submitted by the seller to open an account
🧡 Checking if all the new seller are meeting the terms and conditions of the company
🧡 Coordinating with the seller via phone or email for any concerns or inquiries
🧡 Perform other task needed
