Position: Cantonese Social Media Content Moderator

Responsibilities:
✅Monitor each uploaded photos and post of Cantonese users
✅Engage with community and understand community compliance
✅Focus on Cantonese user submitted content if this follows social media rules and regulations
✅Block all content that is not compliant with the group’s rules
✅Block all content related to bullying, harassments and fake news

Requirements:
✅Proficient in Cantonese and English language.
✅Open to graduates and undergraduates.
✅BPO experience is a big advantage.
✅Can understand and knows how to use Social Media Platform
✅Possess a positive attitude
✅Have very good interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
✅Take ownership for quality, competence, and commitment
✅Enjoy/thrive on autonomy within the franchise framework and be results focused
