Work Schedule: Shifting including graveyard shift
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
🕹️ Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
🕹️ JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required)
🕹️ Open to graduate, undergraduate, Highschool graduate
🕹️ Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry is a big advantage
🕹️ English or Tagalog communication skill

Responsibilities:
🎲 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
🎲 General customer support
🎲 Inform customers about new features and functionalities
🎲 B2B support for payment operations
🎲 Other Duties as Assigned
