Position: Mandarin Sales Manager Assistant (PHP 60,000 - PHP 100,000 gross + Willing to relocate in Davao)
Type of job: Back office Job

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Saturday)

Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or relevant field
👉 Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin
👉 Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
👉 Strong quantitative and analytical skills
👉 Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
👉 Will be relocated anywhere nationwide for a time period.
👉 Must be willing to do field work within area of assignment.
👉 Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:
👉 Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
👉 Leads, manages, and develops employees’ performances in every department such: Rank & File employee, Supervisory and managerial post.
👉 Assist Sales Managers in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc.; measure and track results.
👉 Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
👉 Implement policies, procedures and sales strategies in the region. Increase sales revenue of specific handled region. Report on the progress of goals and objectives.
👉 Maintains contract with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
👉 Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
👉 Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
👉 Coordination with different departments in the office, such ADMIN, TRAINING, MARKETING, ACCOUNTS, CE
