This is a very new account to help policy owners to understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Cantonese Customer Care Support (Insurance Claims)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✔️ Proficient in Cantonese and English
✔️ Open to Graduate and Undergraduate (2nd year college level as the minimum regardless of whether new (K12) or old curriculum).
✔️ At least 6 months and above working experiences as a Customer Support
✔️ With Healthcare background is a big advantage
✔️ Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
✔️ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
✔️ Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
✔️ Assist Cantonese patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
✔️ Assist Cantonese patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✔️ Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
✔️ Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
✔️ Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
✔️ Give list to the Cantonese the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
✔️ Explain the Benefits of family member for the insurance
