Client Profile:
One of the leading construction and engineering firm that was first founded in the year 1994. Their clients are from sectors like steelmaking, building environmental energy plants, new town development and even high-rise building construction.
Position: General Affairs Staff
Industry: Construction Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: On – site
Requirements:
🌻Bachelors Degree holder
🌻With at least 2 years of experience as General Affair Staff
🌻Amenable to work on site
🌻Amenable to attend face to face interview
Responsibilities:
🌻Keeping track of inventories and office supplies
🌻Organizing and supervising facility upkeep, repairs, and modifications to guarantee a secure and useful workspace.
🌻Helping to organize and carry out corporate functions.
🌻Taking care of staff travel and lodging needs.
🌻Taking care of business cars.
🌻Helping with the onboarding of new hires.
🌻Arranging with outside suppliers and service providers for a range of office requirements
🌻Helping to ensure efficiency and compliance through the creation and execution of office rules and procedures.
🌻Offering assistance with administration.
