Company Profile: This company is a real estate company providing construction business to the Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.

Position: Mandarin Facilities Management Administrator
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English.
◉ Preferably Filipino or Chinese National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
◉ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any courses but not required
◉ Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office Microsoft office
◉ Willing to work onsite in Paranaque City

Responsibilities:
◉ Responsible for the translation work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees
◉ Responsible for the procurement and management of administrative materials and office supplies, and assisting employees in completing the requisition work
◉ Handle urgent issues reported by merchants and make arrangements for administrative work;
◉ Assist superior supervisors in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs
