Requirements:
⚫ Proficient in Cantonese and English
⚫ Open to Graduate and Undergraduate
⚫ With BPO Experience is a big advantage
⚫ Can understand and know how to use Social Media Platforms
⚫ Willing to work on a shifting schedule
⚫ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
⚫ Monitor each uploaded photo and post of Cantonese users
⚫ Engage with the community and understand community compliance
⚫ Focus on Cantonese user-submitted content if this follows social media rules and regulations
⚫ Delete all contents that are not compliant with the group’s rules
⚫ Delete all content related to bullying, harassment, and fake news
