Position: Japanese Strategic Customer Staff
Industry: Japanese IT Consulting Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - 80,000
Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift/Midshift)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
🌟 N2 - N3 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required)
🌟 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, preferably in any office-related course.
🌟 Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted.
🌟 At least have work experience in customer support, customer services or other related work is a big advantage
🌟 Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
✨ Answering inquiries from clients regarding their account status, transactions, trades, withdrawal and deposit etc. thru email and chat.
✨ Informing other staff for the current campaign and how it works.
✨ Endorsement to all department regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
✨ Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
✨ Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report them immediately to team leader and/or superiors
✨ Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
✨ Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders
