Position: Japanese Technical Support for Medical Devices (Willing to Work Onsite)
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: PHP 100,000 - 145,000 Gross (Basic Pay + Language Premium)
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Dayshift, Mid Shift
Work Set-up: Work Onsite (1 year Contract)
Requirements:
⭐ Open for Japanese National, Filipino-Japanese or Filipino grew up in Japan fluent in Japanese (oral and written) with good communication skills in English
⭐ Japanese N1 Passer or Level (JLPT certificate not required)
⭐ Graduate/Undergraduate of any course (3rd year)
⭐ With or without experience in BPO
Responsibilities:
🏵️ Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests from Japanese clients or customers related to medical devices issues.
🏵️ Provide first level support in basic troubleshooting across the designated product range by analyzing customer concern and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
🏵️ Documenting concern and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
🏵️ Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that may positively impact team performance and customer experience.
