⏺Position: Mandarin Customer Relations Officer (PHP 90,000 gross + Dayshift Schedule)
⏺Type of job: Emails and Calls
⏺Location: Quezon City
⏺Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off
⏺Industry: BPO Company
⏺Salary: Negotiable
⏺Work Set-up: Work On-site

Responsibilities:
⏺Handling a large number of sales calls and chat inquiries in a professional manner.
⏺Assist Customers Online and Support Live Chat.
⏺A positive and optimistic work attitude, excellent work plan, and self-management ability can work under pressure and love sales work.
⏺Responsible for increasing the number of new accounts.
⏺Responsible for meeting sales targets. Meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas through upselling.
⏺Effectively handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure resolution - escalate when required.
⏺Responsible for conducting cold calls and disseminating product information to potential clients.

Requirements:
⏺Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
⏺Open to Graduates and Undergraduates who completed at least 2 years in college.
⏺Experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
⏺Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required.
⏺Experience in Customer service is an advantage but not required.
