Requirements:
✔️ Proficient in Cantonese and English
✔️ Open to Graduate and Undergraduate
✔️ With BPO Experience is a big advantage
✔️ Can understand and know how to use Social Media Platforms
✔️ Willing to work on a shifting schedule
✔️ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor each uploaded photo and post of Cantonese users
✔️ Engage with the community and understand community compliance
✔️ Focus on Cantonese user-submitted content if this follows social media rules and regulations
✔️ Block all contents that are not compliant with the group’s rules
✔️ Block all content related to bullying, harassment, and fake news
