Company Profile:
One of the leading manufacturers of Industrial Machinery and equipment, materials and products made from Aluminum and switch boxes.
Position: Accounting Supervisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Tanauan Batangas
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday - Friday with 1 working Saturday every month (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Work Set up: Work on Site
Job Descriptions:
✨In charge of managing tax compliance and returns.
✨Act as the company's representative in all tax-related affairs.
✨Handle payroll administration, BIR 2316 preparation, and Alphalist attachment.
✨manages the issuing of debit and credit notes and invoices.
✨Keep an eye on advances, deposits, accounts payable, and other accounts.
✨Examines cash disbursements, comparing check amounts to invoice amounts.
✨manages the processing of employee contributions
✨Perform a physical inventory every month, evaluate the costing process, and conduct a final inventory.
✨Keep track of small and fixed assets on a monthly basis.
✨Offer support in the creation of thorough financial reports
✨help external auditors and supply the necessary documents and data for the annual
examination.
✨Set up accounting practices and policies in line with the goals of the business.
✨Take care of any additional tasks that immediate superior may assign you.
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree holder
✨With at least 3 years and above of experience in general accounting.
✨With at least 1 year and above in supervisory role experience
