This company develops and manufactures medical instrument and machines. They started the business in the year 1960. They established a subsidiary here in the Philippines that will focus in manufacturing diagnostic systems and reagents. They already have 3 different entities here in the Philippines
Position: Accounting Staff
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Sto. Tomas Batangas
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Work Set up: Work on Site
Job Descriptions:
✨creates and gets ready to pay suppliers.
✨reconciles each vendor's accounts payable with the general ledger
✨Keeps track of supplier and client payment collection
✨reconciles accounts receivable for each customer in the general ledger.
✨Balances the General Ledger Bank Accounts
✨is charge of overseeing and managing the inventory of office supplies
✨updates Fixed Asset Master and registers newly acquired assets
✨creates a monthly report on depreciation.
✨creates tags for fixed assets and attaches them to recently acquired assets.
✨creates financial schedules for items like accumulated costs, advances from officers and staff, ✨deposits that are refundable, gain or loss on foreign exchange, and representation and entertainment.
✨executes additional tasks as allocated from time to time by an immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors degree holder
✨At least 2 years of experience in General Accounting.
✨Amenable to work on site
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
