Position: Mandarin HR Coordinator for Expat Employees
Industry: Hotel
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 gross (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | Weekends Off (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino
🧡 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related courses
🧡 At least 1-3 years as an HR Generalist or any related field
🧡 With experiences handling expat regarding foreign related matter
🧡 Familliar with Immigration laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
🧡 Facilitate the onboarding process for expatriates, ensuring a smooth transition into the new work environment.
🧡 Work closely with immigration consultants and legal teams to ensure expats have the necessary work permits and visas.
🧡 Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations, providing timely updates to expat employees.
🧡 Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
