Position: Mandarin Human Resource Specialist (Expat Management)
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 gross (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | Weekends Off (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
↳ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino
↳ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related courses
↳ At least 1-3 years as an HR Generalist or any related field
↳ With experiences handling expat regarding foreign related matter
↳ Familiar with Immigration laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
↳ Assisting in overall recruitment activities
↳ Facilitate the onboarding process for expatriates, ensuring a smooth transition into the new work environment.
↳ Work closely with immigration consultants and legal teams to ensure expats have the necessary work permits and visas.
↳ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for expatriate employees, including visa documentation, contracts, and personal information.
↳ Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
↳ Act as a liaison between expatriate employees and various internal departments, including payroll, finance, and legal.
↳ Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations, providing timely updates to expat employees.
