Position: Quality Auditing Analyst
Company Industry: IT Company
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 90,000
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
• Identify operational guidelines and policy sections that require training in a proactive manner, and engage with training partners to fill in any gaps as soon as possible.
• Acquire and maintain understanding of the client's products and local norms.
• Ensure that you are aware of and comprehend the revisions to the operating guidelines and content policy.
• Train newly hired Quality Analysts in the usage of auditing systems and tools.
• Create process documentation and compile user comments regarding audit tool functionality.
• It is ideal if you are a college graduate or an undergraduate studying accounting or business.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
