Requirements:
• Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)

• Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
• English or Tagalog communication skill

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• General customer support
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• B2B support for payment operations
• Other Duties as Assigned
