Client Profile:
One of the trusted Travel Company in the Philippines. They provide good services in assisting clients to find their ideal and dream destinations matching with perfect vacation spots and list of activities that clients would never miss to try. Accommodation to offer with travel packages for every destination.
Position: Sales Inbound Supervisor
Industry: Travel agency
Location: Makati City
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder.
✨ With 3-5 years of experience working in travel agencies.
✨ With experience in hotel contracting or related role.
✨ working in a Japanese company and/or BPO industry is an advantage
✨ Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
✨ Negotiate with suppliers and regularly monitor to ensure we get the best rates.
✨ Product creation, marketing strategy, and product advertisement and Planning and making quotation
✨ Customer support and Sales Support
✨ Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels
✨ Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines
✨ Address and resolve any standard or service level issues with suppliers
✨ Investigate and resolve internal issues with operations and account colleagues
✨ Monitor room production closely and collaborate with all relevant parties to stimulate booking, room, room night, and revenue growth.
✨ Undertake ongoing analysis of product and quality within the contracting area to maintain consistent product offerings for clients.
✨ A comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes can help.
