Position: German Customer Service Specialist

Requirements:
➤ Bachelor’s Degree holder
➤ Filipino National Fluent in German and English
➤ Knowledge of SAP or ERP application preferred
➤ Customer Service Background is a plus
➤ Minimum at least 2 years’ experience in related field
➤ Willing to work in mid shift

Responsibilities:
➤ Manage volume of inbound calls
➤ Communicate delivery updates with sales team
➤ Review and double check the placement of orders
➤ Process all the orders received in the SAP system
