Position: Mandarin Management Trainee
Industry: Technology Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Saturday)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✔️ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related courses
✔️ At least 2 years and above working experience in Business or any related job
✔️ Knowledge in Sales, Marketing and any Product knowledge
✔️ Familliar with sales strategy and know how to monitor competitors products

Responsibilities:
✔️ Learns administration by rotating through multiple office functions
✔️ Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
✔️ Maintains contract with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction
✔️ Participate in company’s strategic planning
✔️ Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
✔️ Keep track of business revenue
✔️ Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
