JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.

Position: Mandarin Admin Officer- Travel Management
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 35,000-Php80,000
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Monday-Friday - Day shift (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor degree or certification in office administration is preferred.
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
✅ Previous prior experience organizing trips, making hotel reservations, or experience in related field
✅ Problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling travel changes.
✅ Ability to solve problems and flexibility in adjusting to changes in trip plans.

Responsibilities:
✅ Maintaining accurate records of travel and accommodation arrangements in reservation.
✅ Knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documents makes arrangements for transportation, accommodations, car rentals, and tours based on the organization's business and budget needs.
✅ Monitoring travel policies, guidelines, and budgets for the company.
✅ Communicating with the organization's travel and accommodation policies and guidelines to employees or clients.
✅ Arrange accommodations, such as hotel reservations, apartments, or other lodging options, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience
✅ Provide support to travellers in case of travel disruptions, emergencies, or changes to travel plans.
