Position: German Customer Service - Email and Chat Support
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 65,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (3pm – 12md)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🟠 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder but not required
🟠 Filipino Fluent in German and English
🟠 Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
🟠 Knowledge of SAP or ERP application preferred
🟠 Minimum at least 2 years’ experience in related field
🟠 Willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
🟠 Answering email and chat inquiries from German Speakers
🟠 Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
🟠 Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web-based chat program or via e-mail.
🟠 Escalate unresolved customer purchase orders for a timely resolution
🟠 Communicate with the supervisor to ensure daily order processing requirements are met
