JOB DETAILS :

👉Position: Danish Technical Support Specialist (PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross + Can process working Visa)
👉Industry: IT/BPO Company
👉Location: McKinley, Taguig City
👉Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
👉Schedule: Shifting
👉Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
👉 Filipino nationals that can speak Danish language (at least conversational)
👉 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
👉 Knowledgeable in Computer application
👉 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
👉 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
👉 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
👉 Responsible of customers inquires regarding hardware or software problems of computer
👉 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
👉 Installing and configuring hardware and software
👉 Perform other related tasks
