Position: Mandarin Property Engineering Supervisor (Negotiable + Dayshift Schedule)

Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
👉A Filipino or Chinese national who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
👉Bachelor’s degree graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural decoration design, or other related courses.
👉More than 3 years of engineering-related work experience, with certain personnel and equipment management capabilities, and reasonable deployment of various tasks;
👉Familiarity with the application and facility performance of interior decoration materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:
👉Supervise and manage daily operation of Engineering Technology Department
👉Handle inquiries regarding the normal operation of equipment and systems such as strong current and weak current systems in the building and emergencies.
👉Develop operational plans and control parameters for power distribution and weak current system equipment
👉Plan and implement various plans for the equipment systems in charge
Organize the technical personnel of the Engineering Technology Department and inspect work quality.
👉Collect, sort and file technical files such as equipment system operation records, maintenance records, equipment resumes, etc.
