Requirements:
✅Open to Graduates and Undergraduates of 2 years that is in line with Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Engineering.
✅Can speak, read and write in Cantonese and English.
✅Preferred experience in data migration
✅Preferred someone who has experience in line with Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Engineering.
✅Open to Technical Support that handles Medical accounts.

Responsibilities:
✅Handle phone, email, and chats professionally and friendly matter
✅Assist customers in their inquiries regarding medical devices
✅Provide first-level support in troubleshooting customer concerns across the designated product range by analyzing customer problems and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
✅Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of the records.
✅Communication of concern investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations.
