An international company that produces high-quality, stylish apparel for men and is well-known for its products. Not just for informal occasions, but also for formal ones, their designs are excellent. According to studies, people between the ages of 25 and 40 who stand out when wearing these products are the target market for this attire.
Position: Finance and Accounting Manager
Industry: Retail Industry (Clothing Brand)
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
🔔 Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
🔔 CPA licensed.
🔔 With 5 years experience in Accounting , bookkeeping.
🔔 With at least 3-5 years managerial role.
🔔 Knowledgeable in Tax filings, Tax computation, and related tax process or documentations
Responsibilities:
🔔 Take a proactive role in leading all accounting processes across the portfolio of companies
🔔 Identify opportunities continuously to streamline and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
🔔 Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
🔔 Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
🔔 Implement and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
🔔 Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning
🔔 Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and working capital
🔔 Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax-related documents and payments
🔔 Collaborate with other departments, including HR and operations to provide financial guidance and support
🔔 Ensure accurate financial reporting is available before deadline
🔔 Handle and manage daily finance issues from different departments
🔔 Review VAT/WHT calculations and filings
🔔 Review CIT Filing and other statutory filings
🔔 Oversee the documents compliance for opening/closing of stores
🔔 Quarterly inventory check of different stores
🔔 Lead and manage year end audits and communicate with auditors
