Position: French Customer Service Representative (Shopping Account)

Salary: Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: 5 days working schedule per week

Requirements:
🟠 Filipino national or Foreign national who owns a Permanent Visa
🟠 Someone who can speak, read, and write French language proficiently
🟠 Open to graduates or undergraduates
🟠 Customer Support related experience are preferred but not required
🟠 Willing to work onsite
🟠 Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:
🟠 Help French sellers to set up their account
🟠 Answer inquiries from French seller and customers about Live Stream Shopping
🟠 Orient sellers/Customers how to drive viewers to shop during live stream
🟠 Help customers to navigate the live stream platform
