Position: Danish IT Helpdesk Specialist
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
🎯 Proficient in Danish and English Language
🎯 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
🎯 Knowledgeable in Computer application
🎯 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
🎯 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
🎯 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
🎯 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
🎯 Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
🎯 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
🎯 Perform other related tasks
