Position: Estonian Technical Support Engineer
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
❍ Open for Foreign nationals can speak, read and write in Estonian
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Open to the candidate located abroad
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
❍ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
❍ Ensure all issues are properly logged
❍ Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
❍ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
