Position: Estonian IT Helpdesk Specialist
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up
Requirements:
◉ Proficient in Estonian and English Language
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application.
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
◉ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
◉ Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
◉ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
◉ Perform other related tasks
