Position: Anti- Piracy Associate (Copyright)
Industry: IT Software
Location: Makati
Salary: Php 300,000
Work Set up: Hybrid

Requirements:
🚩 Bachelor’s degree in Law.
🚩 With at least 2 years PQE is an advantage.
🚩 Knowledgeable in Copyright enforcement procedures.
🚩 Familiarity in Salesforce, Cloud for Sales or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
🚩 Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases
🚩 Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities
🚩 Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources
🚩 Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets
🚩 Participate in:
🚩 Communication campaigns
🚩 Managing enforcement providers and counsel (including but not limited to handling of legal documents such as Power of Attorney)
🚩 Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable
🚩 Acting on behalf of Bentley when local enforcement agencies require including but not limited to attending interviews at police stations
