Position: Japanese Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Shared Services Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 (inclusive of language premium)
Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Work set-up: Hybrid Set-up
Requirements:
✔Japanese National
✔Minimum 5 years HR experience in an international environment
✔Good command of English and Japanese to communicate with local candidates (Writing, Reading, ✔Speaking and Listening skills are required for this role)
✔Knowledge of labour market, recruiting tools and talent strategies
Responsibilities:
✔Advance talent sourcing and pipelining.
✔Lead recruiting processes for selected positions.
✔Vendor management.
✔Be part of area and global projects& deployment & practices sharing.
✔Assure compliance & ethics of provided solutions.
