Position: Mandarin Sales Manager
Industry: Trading and Merchandising
Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Monday - Saturday
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in Mandarin and English
🧡 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
🧡 Experience in Sales with consistently meeting or exceeding targets
🧡 Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
🧡 Experience managing and directing a sales team
🧡 Amenable to work onsite in Pasig City

Responsibilities:
🧡 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
🧡 Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
🧡 Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
🧡 Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
🧡 Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
🧡 Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
🧡 Promoting the organization and products
