JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin Admin Officer (Travel Management)
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | 2 Days Off per week
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino
🧡 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any courses
🧡 With a Certification in Office Administration is a big plus
🧡 Experience in travel coordination, accommodation booking, or related roles
🧡 Familiar with using Microsoft Office and using computers
🧡 Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
🧡 Coordinate and book air travel, ground transportation, and other modes of travel as required for employees or clients
🧡 Arrange accommodations, such as hotel reservations, apartments, or other lodging options, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience
🧡 Monitor and manage travel expenses, including reimbursement processing, adherence to travel budgets, and cost control
🧡 Ensure all travel-related documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance, are in order and up to date
🧡 Maintain accurate records of travel and accommodation arrangements, including reservation confirmations and invoices
🧡 Perform other related tasks needed
