Position: Mandarin Operations Specialist
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Software Company
Schedule: Dayshift | Monday to Friday
Set-up: Work Onsite 100%

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
✅ Data Labeling or customer service experience is preferred
✅ Account/Project management experience of at least 1 year above

Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with the Sales and CSM team closely and effectively to understand & respond to clients' requirements timely.
✅ Research and analyze current industry trends and advancements in voice design to ensure our AI voices are cutting-edge and competitive in the market
✅ Leading the meeting with clients for the services of the company and details/requirements of the robot AI-voice.
✅ Designing the robot AI-voice script and flows; test and fine-tune AI voices to ensure they accurately reflect the desired tone and personality of the client.
✅ Continuously monitor and track the performance of AI voices.
