Position: Mandarin Online Seller Support
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 110,000 + Php 3,250 Transportation Reimbursement per Month
Industry: Shared Services Company/Biggest Online Marketplace
Schedule: Dayshift and Mid shift (2 days off)
Work Setup: Work On-site

Responsibilities:
✅ Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
✅ Interact with Sellers by phone and email with objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
✅ Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
✅ Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅ Bachelor Degree in any courses; Also open for Undergraduates and High School with BPO Experience.
✅ Experience in similar BPO set-up is a big plus
✅ Experience as a Customer Service is a big advantage
✅ Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
