Position: German Human Resources Advisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 90,000 Gross
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PH time)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularisation

Requirements:
✔️ Open for Foreign national who can speak German and English fluently
✔️ Filipino national can speak, read and write German in conversational level
✔️ Bachelor's degree holder
✔️ Willing to work or relocate at cebu City
✔️ Customer Service experience is a plus
✔️ Has an experience or background in Recruiting processes is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
✔️ Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
✔️ Screen resumes and job application forms.
✔️ Interview job candidates via calls or any online platforms..
✔️ Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
✔️ Handles and coordinates problem-solving and process escalations
✔️ Identifies whether applications are to be further processed, pending feedback, or are for rejection
