Position: German IT Support Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
◉ Proficient in German and English Language
◉ Open for applicants located in Abroad
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
◉ BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
◉ Advising clients on possible solutions.
◉ Provide technical support for remote users and remote offices.
◉ Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of the problems they are encountering
◉ Maintaining records of software licenses.
