JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile:
One of the most well-known outsourcing Japanese BPO company in the Philippines that was established since 1992. The company are continuously growing for almost 31 years in the industry. There are known for giving good Costumer service around the world.
Position: Senior Digital Manager
Industry: BPO
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Mondays- Friday
Work Set up: Hybrid Set-up
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree holder.
✅ With at least 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing agency or digital marketing division of B2C/B2B company
✅ With at least 4- 5 years in team management as manager
✅ Experience in E-commerce business and/or digital ads campaign
✅ Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, SO, CDP and CRM
✅ Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
✅ Follow Digital Marketing, E-commerce and System Development project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders (other departments and group companies) to make sure well-delivered project with high quality & on time.
✅ Gain insights from digital tools and database such Google Analytics, SNS listening tool and heuristic research, and direct the team member for better proposal and reporting to client based on the insights.
✅ Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy of digital marketing, E-commerce and front-end/back-end system development.
✅ Drive and implement cost effective online, social media marketing campaigns and EC platform marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop etc.) with budget planning for all marketing funnels.
✅ Guide, lead and supervise the team to provide ROI and post-campaign measurement and recommendation to improve future actions proactively.
✅ Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan are met the goal.
✅ Develop and manage good relationships with clients through organizing and leading the discussion with clients in meetings by guiding the team to prepare daily report and weekly/monthly/quarterly business review for clients.
✅ Develop strategy and action plans of the DX team to attain the P&L target, and responsible for executing those plans together with Business Development team, Account Management team and other Service division team.
✅ Inspiring all the relevant teams and solving everyone’s difficulties; listening to team member difficulties and motivating them; giving recognition for good performance as well as managing poor performance.
✅ Develop team members (Executive/Trainee) qualified for company business needs, by assigning right jobs to right persons, managing team workload and performance, giving feedback and coaching to team members in a timely manner periodically.
✅ Responsible for team management to achieve with high productivity and encourage team collaboration among related parties to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
