Position: German Service Desk Analyst

Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week)

Requirements:
❍ Proficient in German and English Language
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor 's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus


Responsibilities:
❍ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
❍ Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
❍ Accurately identified and resolved customer service issues
❍ Perform other related tasks
