Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology.
• Experience as Technical Support
• Experience in MS Access & Windows 2008-2012 server configuration
• Experience in SQL environment (MySql and SQL Server)
• Experience in resolving software/hardware issues
• Willing to work onsite


Job Details:

• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues of clients.
• Diagnose and help configure customer equipment to server systems.
• Help non-technical customer to understand technical terms for troubleshooting purposes.
