Position: French Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
◉ Any Filipino or Foreign national who owns Permanent Visa that can speak, read, and write French and English languge
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
◉ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
◉ Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
◉ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
◉ Perform other related tasks
